I had an appointment for a oil change - Shannon Got me in and out quickly and everything was great. When I work with Shannon I have confidence the job will be done right and efficiently. Shannon was not in the previous week, when I came in with an appointment for an oil change and after standing around for over 45 minutes I asked if I would be next in and was told NO. I asked for my keys and left. Why make an appointment if my time is not respected? Shannon Has never treated me like that. More
