Vehicle not in 'shop' until later from the appointment time of 9:45 AM. Service advisor said the shop would get to it when they could but it wouldn't be at 9:45. Shop had the car all day long (until 4:59) to diagnose it with something (auto stop fuse) that took less than 30 minutes to replace. We live out of town so having our Jeep all day long with no 'loaner' cars available leaves you stuck at the dealership all day long. Also was ask by 'salespeople ' while in the waiting room numerous times about new vehicles. Response was same each time 'No, I just want our vehicle fixed'. We have been customers of Button since the 'downtown ' years but to much has changed and we will be looking elsewhere for our next vehicle..... More

If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve had so many issues over the years with getting my car serviced here. I leased my car brand new from their dealership and then bought out my leas I’ve had so many issues over the years with getting my car serviced here. I leased my car brand new from their dealership and then bought out my lease after they couldn’t find the new car I wanted to lease next. The last time it was serviced there in August one of their employees wrecked into my car while it was waiting to be fixed in their lot. They claimed to have fixed it and they did fix what we could see on the outside but did not check or fix anything internally which caused my car to become not drivable and I had to get it towed back to the dealership service dept. Then they refused to deal with it and said it wasn’t their fault even though when it was there for repairs when it was wrecked they did a complete inspection on my car and noted everything was in the good/green regarding my belts, engine, oil, coolant, etc. I asked for their insurance info as my car was never seen by a 3rd party when it was wrecked by them and they refused to give me their insurance info. I had to have my car towed yet again to another dealership service dept out of town to get everything fixed correctly. Along with paid out of pocket for a rental car for three weeks. When my car was first towed back there after it became not drivable, I told them to just get it fixed and we would figure out who is responsible later but to get started on the work because I needed the car as I was paying for a rental car, but they stalled for two weeks costing me unnecessary money. They really messed up letting their general manager Mike Lupoi go as the new platform manager Steve Parrot has horrible customer service and only added to my problems instead of helped! He never even apologized about their employee wrecking into my car! But nor did their CEO Rex Gingerich apologize about the wreck! They are upset about the money they claimed to have spent on my car over the years out of “goodwill” repairs saying it was $20k, but those repairs they had to come out of their pocket on were negligent care during times my car was there for repairs myself or my warranties were paying for and was for the parts they messed up! So it wasn’t goodwill like they were helping me out or going above and beyond to be nice….it was fixing it when they messed things up or did bad repair jobs. One major example was when they left all my lugnuts loose on my car and let me drive to work out of town on the highway—thank God my tires didn’t come off and cause a major wreck and someone to get hurt! Or when they broke my spoiler, cracked my back light, left a bolt under my valve cover and caused oil to leak out and my car to start smoking. These are all documented things they screwed up. Accidents happen…I 100% get that and have always understood and allowed them to make it right. But now they are blaming me! And saying they won’t make my car right after wrecking it because they have already had to make too much right from their other mess ups to invest anymore money on it. What they need to do is invest money on better service technicians or more training it sounds like so that they don’t cost them so much money to repair new things after the customer paid for the original repairs. I still have warranties with them too, but I will never again allow this dealership to work on my car. Enough is enough! They literally have caused me so much stress it’s affected my health. Only reason I let it go on so long is because I did purchase my car from them and they were the only ones to ever work on my car plus I have all my warranties through them. But I will not allow them to cause me the stress and anguish any longer under fear of loosing out on my warranties. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. But I will now drive out of town to a different dealership for my Dodge needs and to make any future car purchases. Really sad how much that place has changed over the years. Workmanship nor customer service is what it used to be there! More
