The personnel at Button CDJR demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They located the vehicle I was interested in, and I traveled from out of state to inspect and purchase it. Due to time constraints, I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing; however, the staff maintained consistent communication throughout the day and kindly held the vehicle for me. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, and Kelsie provided excellent assistance. Thus far, the vehicle I purchased has performed well. I did experience some disappointment when I discovered that part of my warranty was canceled because I am not an Indiana resident; however, overall, my experience was positive. The finance team, the management, and Kelsie all provided outstanding service. Based on this experience, I would consider doing business with Button CDJR as a favorable alternative to my local dealership. More
