Thankfully, Kolton and the service team came through in a big way. From the moment I called, Kolton was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He understood the urgency of my situation and got my truck in right away. The turnaround was impressively fast, and I was back on the road before I knew it. What really stood out, though, was that Kolton went above and beyond by taking care of the outstanding recalls on my truck without me even having to ask. That level of attention to detail and customer care is rare and so appreciated. The people in the office were great, but my experience wasn't so good. Got breaks and rotors done, and left with a flat tire. Came back the next day to get it "fixed". They couldn't fi d the hole but said wasn't so good. Got breaks and rotors done, and left with a flat tire. Came back the next day to get it "fixed". They couldn't fi d the hole but said it was fixed, next day it was flat again. Came back and they said it was fixed but flat again next day. Finally the third time they found the hole and patched it. The tire hasn't been flat since but as soon as I pulled out my tire pressure sensor on that same tire went out. Didn't go back or call. I just gave up at that point. Lesson learned... More
