Jada was quick to assist me at drop off and check in. My vehicle was pulled in and serviced within minutes by a courteous and knowledgeable technician! So far the issue with the radio has not reoccurred so I'm satisfied. I'm not satisfied that the recall part that I had stopped by close to a month ago was in and I was not contacted to schedule the appointme satisfied.
