Hi Ray, The service manager, Matt and I spoke regarding this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. When speaking to Matt, he said that he along with another tech drove the truck to try and replicate the issue, but had no luck. Unfortunately, since we couldn't replicate the issue, it becomes harder to diagnose. If it happens again, please bring the truck back ASAP so we can make sure to remedy the situation. My jeep gladiator 2yrs old didn't start one morning while I was here in Kokomo " I live in Florida now " but buttons came to the rescue and replaced both battery's in a reasonable time ,thanks again Buttons More
