Great service and communications. I just went in for a supplemental/backup battery install. I was prepared to just drop off my jeep and pick it up after work, but they installed it I just went in for a supplemental/backup battery install. I was prepared to just drop off my jeep and pick it up after work, but they installed it on the fly and had me on my way quickly and easily. The overall cost was well UNDER my expectations. I do all of my service at Button and purchase oil change packages regularly as I find them to be a bargain in relation to buying oil changes individually. Thank you again for a great experience! More
My only problem with the Service Dept. is that their estimate sheet showed that I needed an air filter- critical. But, I had them change the air filter a few weeks prior to this visit. They explained a computer glitch, then told me that no one had actually LOOKED at my air filter, the computer just showed a critical service need based on mileage.
