Best Cadillac Dealership I've been to many Cadillac dealerships in my area and Buzz Chew was the best by far. I was giving up on Cadillac. My wife and I love our Cadillac ATS, I've been to many Cadillac dealerships in my area and Buzz Chew was the best by far. I was giving up on Cadillac. My wife and I love our Cadillac ATS, but the service at other dealerships was below par (understatement). We traveled over two hours round trip to Buzz Chew and it was worth it. From the moment we spoke to Dan we felt like we were in good hands. He resolved our problem quickly and all the work was under warranty. He also made sure we were up to date on all our maintenance. So far everything is working perfectly. I wish we had made our purchase there as well. It's nice when a dealership treats their customers and their cars with respect. Please General motors, if you are reading this, have the staff at Buzz Chew show other dealerships how it's done. More

Five Stars Well Deserved.. I bought my first vehicle in 1957 while serving in the Navy. You can also realize that it's quite possible I've just purchased my last vehicle. I couldn't have possibly picked a more satisfying dealership than Buzz Chew Chevrolet. My sales consultant never gave the slightest hint of being in any rush for me to make a decision to purchase. He is very knowledgeable about what he sells, answers questions with patience and will explain any feature you don't understand. He makes a real effort to work within your budget comfort zone and if you are trading something in he will explain how the value of that trade was determined. Most importantly to me was the respect I was shown, the welcome feeling and the genuine "you must be satisfied" sales attitude. I haven't as yet met the service department and that will certainly be an important area when it comes time to service my my new vehicle. I'm quite confident the service manager will turn out every bit a "Buzz Chew Team Member". Five Stars Well Deserved ! More
