Then since they did not have in stock the color we wanted Josh Sands worked very hard finding and showing me the specs on several Foresters in the Ohio area that he could get. After I finally decided which one he had it and prepped in 2 days and we drove home a happy Subaru owner. I went to Byers Imports to purchase a Subaru Impreza. He spent two and a half hours with me, we found that I was not able to get financed on the exact car I wanted. He then spent another five hours letting me test drive half the lot before I went home with my Brand New Impreza 2.5i Special Edition. The dedication that I received from my dealer was fantastic, he helped me through the entire process from start to finish and let me control the sale. I have referred several friends to Byers Imports and Chad already and they all have said the same thing: great professional service, expansive product knowledge, friendly staff and a great management team. I will definitely purchase a Subaru and when I do it will be from Byers Imports. More
