When I returned home from my oil change, I ordered an air filter as suggested in my check up report. As I went to change the air filter, my oil cap was sitting on top of the engine and oil has splashed out. filter as suggested in my check up report. Well it took a couple tries haha but they did go the extra mile to get my 1966 mustang rolling. The employees at Byers Ford have always done a great job of taking care of my F150. Had an issue with the fuel injector connection on my F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. Love that app. It took two days to diagnose the problem, and three days for the part to come in F-150 that the Ford app notified me about right away. No one let me know anything unless I asked until the quote for the work that needed to be completed. An update after the first day would have been helpful. Not sure of the name of the cashier in the service department but she was an absolute joy to speak with the day I picked up the truck. More
