Fair deal on hard-to-find car Found a very difficult-to-find setup on a car on their used lot, took a test drive and wanted to buy the car. I found it very odd that the vehicle had the stereo locked-out from losing battery power and was still being handed over for test drives. It took 3 days for them to call me back to say that the stereo was indeed now working with the unlock-code now located, even with me telling them I would purchase the vehicle if they could show me that the stereo worked; all while offering to pay sticker price. It also appeared that the interior had not been cleaned since the dealer had acquired it: beverage residue in cup holders, melted Jolly Rancher in door storage, golf tees throughout car, and just general layer of dust on dash and console. Arrived on day to purchase it, salesman was nowhere to be found and no one knew where he was, worked with Jeff and had a great ending experience though. Jeff (sales) and Russ (financing) were great to work with and ended everything on a very good note. All said and done, I feel I got a fair deal on a good vehicle and the actual purchase of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience with Jeff and Russ helping out, both were very personable and informative. Jeff even went above and beyond when his pages for a tech to prep the vehicle for delivery went unanswered, and he wiped down the vehicle himself and even buffed out some minor scuffs with a microfiber cloth that we had noticed with him earlier. More
