This time since I was looking to buy a new car, I had the pleasure of dealing with sales associate Joey Powell. As it took me some time to finally decide on what car model I wanted to buy, I visited the dealership several times and I always asked for Joey. He was continually helpful and patient; answering all my questions on whatever type of car I was looking at that day. There was never any hassle or rush. I never felt pressured in any way. I finally decided on a 2016 Crosstrek. I had been driving a 2002 Forester, which is as basic as it gets, and the newer technology was a bit overwhelming.
