Return service When we purchased our 2017 Highlander, we had a good experience with the sales department; however warranty repair is a far different story! This is When we purchased our 2017 Highlander, we had a good experience with the sales department; however warranty repair is a far different story! This is the second time I had to return for the same issue. Both times I felt as though the priority of the service department was to make sure that I knew that this may be my problem and may not be covered by warranty. Of course it was a Toyota issue and a part had to be ordered. I now live in fear that this same issue could occur again and I would again have to encounter the service person! Never had any issues when I drove Hondas for many years! More

They are both like family to me. I always have a great time when I bring my vehicles in because I know I will have an opportunity to see both Tara & Tony. They are super people and like I said, they are like family to me. I don't have a worry in the world because I know they will ALWAYS recommend what is best for my vehicles. More
