Having to deal with dirt, leftover plastic, and streaky windows is completely unacceptable for a new vehicle purchase. I really appreciate you mentioning how friendly our sales team was - that means a lot to us. However, we clearly fell short in our delivery preparation process, and I want to make sure this doesn't happen again.
