Our experience buying a certified pre-owned xc60 B5 plus was very satisfying. Buyers didn’t have the exact car I wanted on their lot. We worked with Jordan and Yahaira getting our CPO Volvo. Process was flawless and friendly and at no point did we feel like we were getting scammed or upsold. Financing and add-ons were clearly explained and there was no push to get anything extra, options were explained very well. We drove all the way from Cleveland to grab one and it was well worth the trip. My girlfriend was extremely apprehensive getting a car and she was really put at ease by how smooth and laid back the process was. Yahaira was very helpful and friendly and put her mind at ease. We were able to negotiate everything before we even drove down via email and text. They gave us the full inspection report, carfax, etc and the OTD price so when we got down there we had zero surprises. Will be absolutely getting any future Volvos from them. Y'all rocked. <3 More
