Ford gets bad review. Service center good review I gave 5 stars for the service center. I give Ford 0 stars. I've been trying to get this airbag replaced for a little over 5 months. Had 3 different I gave 5 stars for the service center. I give Ford 0 stars. I've been trying to get this airbag replaced for a little over 5 months. Had 3 different appointments. First 2 appointments ford never sent the replacement airbag. The 3rd appointment FORD sent the wrong airbag. About the only thing ford is adamant about doing is sending me letters telling me airbag is available for you vehicle and that I shouldn't be driving it without this repair. I should be driving a rental until the repair is done. Meanwhile Ford has been sending me this same letter for one and a half years. Like I'm suppose to have a rental for 1 1/2 years while they take their time getting the airbag to the dealer! More
