Kia Sportage EX maintenance I scheduled a state inspection and "The Works" oil change package for my Kia Sportage. My service advisor was Cody and I was promptly greeted with a I scheduled a state inspection and "The Works" oil change package for my Kia Sportage. My service advisor was Cody and I was promptly greeted with a smile and good morning when I pulled my car into the service bin. After reviewing with me the services that were to be performed, Cody told me that it would be appx 1.5 hours. I really appreciated his honesty with his time estimate......one of my biggest pet peeves and frustrations is dealing with a service business and they give you an inaccurate time frame for completion of the service. All I ask for is a little honesty and that is exactly what Cody gave me. They also did a re-call check on my vehicle and did the software update that was listed as the recall. The waiting area is always very clean and hot coffee/tea is available (also, if you schedule an appt early, they have donuts!). I always bring my vehicle back to C Harper for any service that I need, not only because of the fantastic service, but also for the convenient hours available. I have had the pleasure of dealing in the past with Len, as well as Cody, and those guys are fantastic! Always happy with how fairly I am treated. More
