Faith in the service department is very knowledgeable and can talk thru any questions asked. The waiting area for customers is clean and well taken care of. Worst experience. I gave a deposit and ordered a new truck March 23, 2026 and received a receipt and sale form from C. Wimberley Ford. A few times I asked salesman Kevin Borton to check on my delivery date, he said he would check on it, but he did not. Finally, 15 wks after ordering, I called sales manager Rodney, who admitted that Wimberley Ford forgot to submit the order to Ford. I was originally told I would get the truck in about 8 weeks. I drove there and got my deposit back. It is now to late to order a 2026 from Ford so I have to wait until Nov and order a 2027. More

I have had my Focus and F150 serviced exclusively at this dealership since moving to the area 8 years ago. The service department is excellent, and the dealership is cost competitive.
