Was a good buying experience, salesman (Kevin Hovenkamp) was friendly and knowledgeable of the F-150 I was interested in buying. He turned me over to Dallas Wimberley to structure the purchase. I was inform was friendly and knowledgeable of the F-150 I was interested in buying. He turned me over to Dallas Wimberley to structure the purchase. I was informed of Ford buying incentives (rebates) that I was unaware that I qualified for. After agreeing to purchase, bothDallas and Kevin sat down in vehicle with me to set up the FordPass app and show me how to use the options. The vehicle was ready for pickup when promised. All good!! Tom Ferrier was patient and never pushy, I really appreciated that.
