So far so good with my first experience of using the Service Dept. during a recall of my 2019 Explorer. I also was able to schedule an apt. with my sales person to explain some of the technology that this vehicle has. Not only have we changed brands, but I also changed from our 5th Chrysler van to a Ford SUV. Things are very different for me and my husband as we learn where to push the screen for various tasks. Kinda like "teaching old dogs new tricks!" No phone number to call Wimberley on this survery - cannot remember person who helped Derek with vehicle explanation!!! More
