The best service I ever had at a dealer I bought my ford truck from another dealer 2 years ago. We was there almost 6 hours before we new we had the truck. fast,friendly,and helpful took my explorer in for a oil change and a recall the service department scheduled for the time i needed. As i left the dealership a part came off fr took my explorer in for a oil change and a recall the service department scheduled for the time i needed. As i left the dealership a part came off from underneath the suv took it back and they put it back on within minutes. i wasn't too happy about it coming off i thought it was something to do with the service they did to my suv but i guess it wasn't i apologize and thank them for their quick service. i'm glad the part came off when it did because i was driving the suv to las vegas the next day. More
