Bad situation My husband and I were in a vehicle that we were extremely displeased with. Upon my discussing it with our salesman Tom Ferrier he immediately dropped what he was doing and came to see what he could do to make this right. He came up with a plan which included two of his teammates, Chris and Will. Which resulted in my husband and I in a new vehicle the same day which we couldn't be happier with. These gentlemen made this very frustrating situation much more satisfying.
