Loving my caravan! I went to cals hearing good things from family and friends. The day after I bought the car i discovered a hole in the seat upholstery, 2 chips in the windshield and they did not include the Carfax report in my paperwork like the salesman said they included with every vehicle. My check Engine light came on 3 weeks after purchasing a car with 63,000 miles on it and when I called to ask them to get it fixed they said "That is not covered under the 30day/1000 warranty, only the Power-Train is covered." This warranty only covers 50% of the cost of any replairs anyways but I figured something was better than nothing. They offered to send me to their mechanic to get their cost for repairs that I would have to pay in full for, which I of course declined. It seems to me that once the light comes on you don't know what causes it until its looked at which they refused to do. More
