The day after I bought the car i discovered a hole in the seat upholstery, 2 chips in the windshield and they did not include the Carfax report in my paperwork like the salesman said they included with every vehicle. My check Engine light came on 3 weeks after purchasing a car with 63,000 miles on it and when I called to ask them to get it fixed they said "That is not covered under the 30day/1000 warranty, only the Power-Train is covered." This warranty only covers 50% of the cost of any replairs anyways but I figured something was better than nothing. They offered to send me to their mechanic to get their cost for repairs that I would have to pay in full for, which I of course declined. It seems to me that once the light comes on you don't know what causes it until its looked at which they refused to do. More

Overall pretty good Overall my experience with CAL was pretty good. The only issue i had was one that i assume most people have with most car dealerships. They initially Overall my experience with CAL was pretty good. The only issue i had was one that i assume most people have with most car dealerships. They initially tried to ask for $5,000 more than what the car was worth and lied to me about the overall value of the car. Fortunately i had seen the exact same car for sale online and researched the true value of the car before going in so i knew better. So obviously after some negotiating the price was lowered into a more realistic number that i was comfortable with. It would just be nice to go some where and not have them try to screw you over for once. More
