Ryan takes great care of managing warranty issues and coordinating with outside vendors as my truck was sent offsite to have paint work completed. I was quoted a price $50 less over the phone for the oil change (149.95, was charge $197). I got five miles down the road when the low tire pressure sensors in both back tires went off so I had to return to the dealership to have 20 pounds put in the tires. Since they rotated the tires the front tires have 60 pounds but I would hope the technician would take care of the pressure differences front to back. Very frustrating experience! More
