Said battery was bad, but there are two never said which one, called tech 2X never returned call. Took car to another shop batteries under load test were fine. My 2023 grand Cherokee L’s Batteries completely died. The service department was excellent testing the entire system and ensuring both batteries were returned to full charge overnight. Also, it takes quite a while to be recognized by staff when dropping off a vehicle. There have been times when I've stood in the department for ten minutes before anyone looked up from their work and acknowledged me. More
