The car was listed at 38,500 and when they brought out the paper work they told us the car was 50,000. We were told that we would get 2 key fabs, we only got one. We were told that the car would be delivered on a flatbed with a full tank of gas that did not happen. We were told that the oil was just changed ford told us it was not so we paid to have it done. They told us it was owned by a non smoker and you could clearly tell they smoked in the truck. We have since purchased an air purifier and the Oder is going away. In short we traveled 4 hour to get to the dealership spent 6 hours there and no I would not recommend your dealership. If we were not in a hurry for a tow vehicle we would not have bought this truck. We would of used a dealer closer to us and not one that lies. More

We put a down payment and said we would pick up the SUB in a week. A hitch was to be installed, when we went to pick it up, no hitch.the general manager told us there was no inconvenience to us. I did not work with Patricia. But our sales guy was great. The vehicle was 12,500. Ended up being 21,000. Total rip off in my opinion. I am not happy. The only reason I agreed is because I had to either choose a warranty worth thousands of dollars or pay crazy high interest fees..I will never buy from them again. With that being said, our sales agent was very great and knowledgeable. We really liked him. Lastly, we were there for 7 hours, which is totally unacceptable. I will walk out before I ever do that again. More
