Our 2020 Pacifica was in the shop on 13 and 14 June. Katie was absolutely fantastic in getting us a diagnosis of the stop/ start system, sliding passenger door and other issues. Through out the entire process she kept us informed, treated us like a friend which was greatly appreciated. A true professional, will always ask for her when other servicing is required.
