I've dealt with Blaine before, nice guy and does a good job. The service manager also did a good job by making things right. The service technician removed my cabin filter and air filter without asking. On video he showed me how dirty it was, I declined to have the dealer replace it due to the ridiculous cost. He left all the loose dirt in it and reinstalled it incorrectly, sliding it above the slot instead of in it and did not replace the cover. I only noticed it because when I returned home I was buying a new filter on line and had to remove the old one for the filter info. I drove back to the dealer and showed them the issue. The service manager did the right thing. Anyone can have a bad day and I understand you're in the process of taking over so stuff happens. The fact that the service manager took care of it is a good sign. More
