I was quite pleased with my service. When they had to keep my car they had an Uber take me home and then bring me back when my car was ready. It is so much quicker to take the Uber which was there in 5-10 minutes than to have to deal with waiting for the shuttle at the dealership which can take much longer plus you have others to deal with. I was impressed when I received a text with a video which actually showed me some of the problems I had and it helped me make a much better judgment call on the service. I purchased my vehicle there over four years ago and don't allow anyone other than your technicians to touch my vehicle. The next reason why I continue to go far out of my way (I resident in the City o don't allow anyone other than your technicians to touch my vehicle. The next reason why I continue to go far out of my way (I resident in the City of Winter Garden), and bypass a Napleton Dodge dealership (my vehicle is a Dodge), is because of Mr. Jose Valdes. He is a "people person" who knows how to interact and treat the customers. He is professional, efficient and it is always a pleasure to see and interact with him. I have yet to have a bad encounter with ANY employee at this facility. The other person who is incredible is Mark. You can be sure that he will be there to greet you with a smile and a cup of coffee. With people like this, it's no wonder I continue to come here, so far out of my way, and will continue to do so. More

The service representatives are always friendly and courteous. One thing that can improve is to bring back the rating of green, yellow and red so owners know what services need to be preformed now and courteous.
