I have immediately noticed the new leadership is about Servant Leadership. That's ensuring the customer and staff come first. This was my 1st visit to CDJR of Leesburg and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Kim Lewis. Kim went above and beyond in helping me to get my issue resolved and quickly. I had tak be happier with the service that I received from Kim Lewis. Kim went above and beyond in helping me to get my issue resolved and quickly. I had taken my car to another service company who did not install my tires properly so I had a tire leaking air for 10 months because they refused to do what was right to fix it. I will be returning for all of my maintenance. Their waiting area has excellent coffess, teas and snacks and good wifi which is just a bonus. More
