Eddie was our sales Representative. We were very pleased, a nice young man who was knowledgeable about the car, he asked me what I wanted and delivered it, with bonuses. Eddie is very personable and was a pleasure to work with. This is my 3rd purchase from Bill Bryan and I have been pleased with all my new cars, their staff and their service department. Wish I had done my homework. I purchased a used car that wasn't a good fit. Sales person missed the mark on my needs. Thought there was hope to return and 'try again'. Went back 7 I purchased a used car that wasn't a good fit. Sales person missed the mark on my needs. Thought there was hope to return and 'try again'. Went back 7 weeks later and my car went from 17k cash plus every protection under the sun, to a trade in value of 7k. NOT what I expected at all. This place is no different than most experiences buying a car-I wasted 3 hours of my precious time to finally find out a price of a different used car that was no longer a viable option due to needing loan. Thanks but no thanks. I expressed my displeasure and yet still got sent this survey, so here it is. More

Overpaid by $6000 for a car that I didn't even really wanted Ed seemed to be a great person but I was passed Off onto his associate. She should me the 2010 Kia Sport which was manual. She told me the Car Fax report showed no dramage no report of physical wrecks. When I went to sign paperwork, my boyfriend and Ed were outside and Ed was lagging at the deal I was getting by overpaying by 6-7000. I felt taken advantage of as soon as I drive off the loot. I explained to owner, and he had me meet him to give me an enough trade. He then passed me on to his son and another sales person. They let me Drive something I really wanted and then said it wouldn't work because I was Just started a new job and didn't have a full paycheck yet. That does not imply free and even trade to me.
