Unimpressed I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler in July, 2016. It is a great vehicle and I am very happy with it. However, Bill Bryant CJD and Ed Wiggins have not f I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler in July, 2016. It is a great vehicle and I am very happy with it. However, Bill Bryant CJD and Ed Wiggins have not followed through on some issue that were identified when I took delivery. The vehicle was, as I was told driven by Bill Bryant himself, and a second key was not locatable. I am now being asked to drive to the dealership on a specific day, Mondays to have a replacement key made by one of their outside vendors. None too pleased!!! Also, I had noticed a dent and damage to the passenger side door and mirror. I have been told three times that a member of the collision center would be in contact to schedule an appointment. As of today, December 08, 2016 that has not happened. Even with the help of both Ed Wiggins and Jason (sales manger). The dealership and its employee follow through makes me question if I made the best decision in purchasing from them!!! More

lack of honesty Had a problem with 2011 Jeep Gr Cherokee last week. Looked up typical cost to repair the faulty item on Google, range was $100 to $175. Bill Bryan Ser Had a problem with 2011 Jeep Gr Cherokee last week. Looked up typical cost to repair the faulty item on Google, range was $100 to $175. Bill Bryan Service employee said their cost would be $285. I said that wasn't reasonable; he said "how much would you pay?" I said $200, he said OK. Obviously, their first approach is to overcharge! They seem to quote a very high price, rather than a reasonable price to do a job. Apparently, they believe the older population in the area, esp. the women customers, are easy to cheat. I've gone to Bill Bryan a number of times before and generally thought they charged too much and on a few occasions I believe they tried convince me to repair items that weren't faulty. They aren't honest. I will not go back! More

Leasing of new 2016 Dodge Charger Was extremely reluctant to make a deal to lease a vehicle with your dealership as 2 neighbors reported they or their friends had terrible experiences Was extremely reluctant to make a deal to lease a vehicle with your dealership as 2 neighbors reported they or their friends had terrible experiences with this dealership! I actually brought my PT Cruiser in for an oil change and thought I would look at the inventory. I was interested in possibly getting a new car, but not sure if leasing was a good fit for me! Randall was extremely patient in repeatedly explaining how leasing works, along with the pros and cons of leasing as I never leased before! I was very comfortable and thankful he went above and beyond to help me understand clearly before I made a decision! As a business owner, I feel Randall is definitely an asset to this company as you clearly can see he loves his job and works hard to help his customers! For these reasons I give 5 star rating! More
