I'm leaving what I wrote before, not because it's true, but because I, better than anyone, know how it feels to make a mistake like this. Please get your facts straight before doing your review. I really regret having originally posting this review. My sincere apologies go out to this dealership. My recent oil change there went very smooth and the service department was very friendly. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 on December 24th, 2015 for $58,000. I went to my credit union two months later and they were willing to refinance 125% the value of the truck. So, they put everything in the computer and say they can not refinance the truck. They tell me the truck is only worth $38,000. So, I go home and get the sticker that was on the window and show them the value of the truck and they put all the information in and they tell me that is still not listed at the price they sold me the truck for. I feel that I was grossly overcharged for this truck and will not trust this dealership again. More

Bait and Switch We went to dealership in response to an offer received in the mail and verified with a telephone call. When we arrived at our appointed time. Of course, no such offer exists or is possible per the Sales Manager, Edwin. (Boy, he was surprised when we handed him the offer made from their sales department) He then tried to say it was a mistake and offer us a lease or the vehicle for almost twice the amount in the offer. UNETHICAL and Untrustworthy. We will be contacting Consumer Affairs and our attorneys in the morning. Florida's deceptive and unfair trade practices act is supposed to protect consumers from businesses like this. - False advertising: 2nd degree misdemeanor (§817.45) Edwin told us to be sure to edit/update our previous reviews of this dealership. Beware - Bait & Switch & False Advertising My wife and I found the "perfect" truck on the Bill Bryan website. It had all the options we wanted and the price was quite good. We called the deal My wife and I found the "perfect" truck on the Bill Bryan website. It had all the options we wanted and the price was quite good. We called the dealership to make sure it was still available and did indeed have the options we wanted - and the answer was "yes". We drove almost 1.5 hours to buy the truck, and when we got there it was "in the shop" getting accessories installed that were not on the original listing - so we could not test drive it. We had an appointment, so they knew we were coming, so why was the truck in the shop? When we brought this to the attention of our salesman, Rob, he went to "check it out" and was gone for 20 minutes. The Sales Manager, "Guy", then came over and said that the price listed on the dealership's own Internet listing was a "mistake" by the manufacturer and that he could not sell the truck for the listed price. It would be an additional $3,000. Not once did Guy want to discuss the fact that the options on the actual truck were not the ones that were listed on the Internet site, and what could he do to make it right. When he started talking about possible incentives, he asked if I was a veteran, and I replied retired, with 31 years of service. He then asked me if I had an Honorable Discharge! You do not retire with three decades of active service and NOT get an honorable discharge! Bottom line, the sales manager was rude, the options on the truck were NOT the options listed on the Internet, and the dealership would NOT sell us the truck for the price listed on their own Internet advertisement. I may not be a lawyer, but that sounds an awful lot like bait and switch - or at the very least false advertising - and I believe those are questionable (if not downright illegal) business practices. I cannot recommend this dealership, and if I could give zero stars, I would. They cannot be trusted to honor their own advertisements. What a waste of time - never again! More

Bought my a Chrysler 300 there And I always had it serviced there. My car had 22,000 miles on it when it started running bad. I took it in several times and they kept telling me each time it was something else wrong. Finally they replaced a head that they said was bad. This did not fix the problem either. Elliott the service advisor kept calling me a liar and on the last go round they smashed up the front on my car. While waiting to get the body work done which took two weeks they damaged the mirror and then blamed it on me. The body work was xxxxty to say the least. After all the crap they put me through it then overheated every time I used it. Basically they ruined my car and I was forced to get rid of it at a xxxx of a loss. This service advisor, Elliott is real bad news. He Does not know how to handle people and he is rude and arrogant. More
