Management is not consumer friendly. They would rather loose a customer vs price match/discount on tires. No they lost a future lease and on-going services from me forever. ( I will say Carlos, the service advisor is a pleasure to work with! Manager who made the decision not to help me out, not only loss my business but word of mouth is even more powerful. Acquisition cost to get and retain a new customer is a lot greater than price managing or providing me with a discount. I worked in a car dealership and sold cars. I managed sales agents and territories for a large insurance company for 25 years. My point-don’t loose a customer over $50.00. It will cost you a lot more in future business More

I was going to buy a very nice Pacifica from this dealership. After reviewing the final numbers, I noticed there were extra charges like value pack of $3k. At first they tried to say that it’s part o dealership. After reviewing the final numbers, I noticed there were extra charges like value pack of $3k. At first they tried to say that it’s part of the warranty, then they said it’s the market adjustment price because it’s a nice vehicle and I was willing to drive over 3 hours to buy the car since there are no cars closer to me. After complaining about this fee and telling them that I will write a review to warn others, they completely changed the wording to certified warranty. If you are going to buy a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you know what the extra fees include! They completely lost me as a customer. More

I was upset with the service department. I took my jeep in for electrical issues, they said they received a message from Jeep about my particular issue. The message was that they have been I took my jeep in for electrical issues, they said they received a message from Jeep about my particular issue. The message was that they have been getting several complaints about said problem and how to fix it with a $20 part. I was charged $297 for 1.5 hrs of labor. My bill for a simple fix was $340. I contacted Jeep and they said they will document the complaint and that the dealership is in control of the charges. I will not return nor will I recommend this dealership. More

Jose Valdes and Tyler Alm went above and beyond taking me back to the shop with my van on the lift just to reassure me that I had nothing in my tires after bringing it in last night with what my husband says back to the shop with my van on the lift just to reassure me that I had nothing in my tires after bringing it in last night with what my husband says was a large bolt or something. Turns out it must have fell out not damaging the tire. before i left they were both concerned about my Battery and wanted to test it because they were sure i needed to replace it.
