Service dept. is the worst! Had a 1:30PM appointment for oil change tire rotation, & to install step hoops, Was told on phone it would Take 1.-1/2 hrs. finally after 4 hrs. It Had a 1:30PM appointment for oil change tire rotation, & to install step hoops, Was told on phone it would Take 1.-1/2 hrs. finally after 4 hrs. It was done with a big scratch in passenger door, which they did repair. Will not go back would not recommend! TERRIBLE SERVICE More
