Bought my a Chrysler 300 there And I always had it serviced there. My car had 22,000 miles on it when it started running bad. I took it in several times and they kept telling me eac And I always had it serviced there. My car had 22,000 miles on it when it started running bad. I took it in several times and they kept telling me each time it was something else wrong. Finally they replaced a head that they said was bad. This did not fix the problem either. Elliott the service advisor kept calling me a liar and on the last go round they smashed up the front on my car. While waiting to get the body work done which took two weeks they damaged the mirror and then blamed it on me. The body work was xxxxty to say the least. After all the crap they put me through it then overheated every time I used it. Basically they ruined my car and I was forced to get rid of it at a xxxx of a loss. This service advisor, Elliott is real bad news. He Does not know how to handle people and he is rude and arrogant. More

False promises After having my preowned car for exactly one year at 55 miles an hour it just stopped. I had it today to Bill Bryant and they said that the reason wh After having my preowned car for exactly one year at 55 miles an hour it just stopped. I had it today to Bill Bryant and they said that the reason why I stopped is it was a safety feature because it was low on oil. The car was just due for an oil change and it was down to one quarter oil they blamed it on the fact that I have my oil changed. I went for their oil consumption test and they told me after 1000 miles the car burned a half a quart of oil that still brings the car pretty low on oil between oil changes. Here a.m. for months later same situation. Steve the service manager said that the engine needed to be replaced and that he would put me in a rental car and not to worry everything was covered. Under warranty. 4:40 on a Friday he calls me and says that they are no longer covering anything including my rental car. This car has 60,000 miles on it and is three years old and should not be burning well like it is. According to Dodge this car burns a quart of well for every 750, this makes no sense to me because the car will be out of Will by the time your next oil change comes up.. I also have an extended warranty on this car I just don't understand how it's not covered. Especially after I was told it was and then they change their mind More

The salesman, Matt Tingley came out and we told him what we were wanting to look at, he got the car right away, drove it and loved it, ended up looking at another one by our choice, looked at it and bought it. Everything was GREAT, from the time we drove in that parking lot till the time we left with all transactions being done. Moved here from out of state and glad to find a good dealer just like back home, that means a lot. In our experience we would recommend this dealer. More
