No Hassle looking turned into No Hassle Buying Went to look at a Dodge Dart, key word being LOOK. Robby came out, gave my wife and I a tour of the car and I test drove it. Even after telling him I was just looking at it he kept working with us which normally dealers just say ok no sale today and quit trying. Robby kept trying to find us the best deal for the car and actually made it happen. He was never rude, pushy or made me feel over pressured. More

I mainly worked with Aaron Armello who answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease through the whole process. Aarons customer service didn't stop at the dealership, he still answers any questions I have and updates me on info about my new car (even over a month later). I would refer anyone to this dealer for several reasons. Everyone was very welcoming and this particular dealer had a great atmosphere. More

I have purchased a few cars from Bill Bryan over the past several years and have found the experience to be great. Working with Drew Amo was equally as good as past purchases. Drew was friendly, accommodating, and helpful in making the decision on whether to purchase new, lease new, or purchase a newer used auto. My questions were answered quickly and honestly and it was easy to decide in which direction to go. I am a "dyed in the wool" Chrysler fan and would recommend Drew and Bill Bryan to anyone looking for a good auto and a good buying experience. Jim Ombrello More

She tol My wife and I have dealt with Bill Bryan Chrysler for several years. On one of her visits to have a vehicle serviced, she met Bill Victorelli. She told me about him and his friendly manner. We had been dissatisfied with the vehicle that we were driving and we went back to Bryan Chrysler and contacted Bill Victorelli. He assessed our needs, compared prices for vehicles and came up with a vehicle that definitely met our need as well as our optional wants. He was quick and exact in his presentation and with his paperwork. His demeanor made you feel like you were dealing with a family member. He asked that we please stop by to see him whenever we were having the vehicle serviced and because of his attitude and friendly ways we will be sure to do that. He made it a pleasure to purchase a new vehicle. More

Best experience ever. My wife and I have purchased many new and used vehicles. We feel this has been the best buying experience ever. Jeff treated us from the very beginn My wife and I have purchased many new and used vehicles. We feel this has been the best buying experience ever. Jeff treated us from the very beginning as "people" and not just a prospect. When we arrived at the dealership we already knew what vehicle we wanted, having seen it on the dealership web site. Jeff searched the inventory and the entire property but could not locate the vehicle. After much confusion Jeff located the vehicle off site and made arrangements to have the vehicle returned to the property immediately. While waiting for the truck to be returned Jeff showed us several similar trucks and took the time to explain the different features on each. By the time the truck we wanted returned to the property we had received a thorough education in RAM 3500. Jeff continues to chase down answers to questions we encounter in a most cheerful manner.
