To date, this has been the best new vehicle purchase I have ever made. Sales person Doug Hoy and Mr. Rick Stines took a personal interest in obtaining the exact truck we wanted. They worked together as a team and final pricing was reached in a straight forward manner between the sales desk and the sales person. We felt like we were being treated as intelligent, perceptive buyers and not being taken in by sales xxxxxxthat have been experienced at other places. Financing was handled very quickly and we were out the door with a new Dodge Longhorn within a few hours. Our immediate "after the sale" experience was even better. The new Dodge truck has more computer capability than Apollo Eleven had when going to the moon. Not being completely computer savvy, we went back to the dealership several times for on-hands instruction. Doug Hoy worked with us extensively and when he was out of the office, teammates Carrie Gretchler (sp) and Richard Bailey pitched in to pass on their knowledge of computer systems that were on-board the Longhorn. This was impressive - that two sales persons totally removed from the commission flow on our truck would take time to help. Teamwork appears to be the guiding principle at Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge. We are looking forward to enjoying this awesome truck and doing future business with this dealership. They will definitely be recommended to friends looking for a new or used vehicle. We stopped in to this dealer after shopping at 5 other dealers first. we only had 30 min to talk to a sales rep, Elliot under stood that we were short on time and could not hang around. He was polite and asked what type of car and price range we were looking for, and told us he would get in touch and let us know what the options were for us. the next morning we received a call to let us know that they had some options for us and that they fell with in our price range. being very uneasy as we had been to a bunch of dealers who tried to double our monthly price range, we meet with Elliot and he only showed us the vehicle we had asked for and at the right price. Elliot never once made promises he could not keep. He was very straight forward with us as we were with him. after only spending 30 min with Elliot and giving him what we were looking for he took the time Sunday to find EXACTLY what we were looking for and called us in on Monday, even came in on his day off to help us out.
