My wife and I have known Charles Hunter for about 3 years and even though we did not purchase a vehicle from him in the past, he treated us with the utmost respect and was always friendly. We or myself have and even though we did not purchase a vehicle from him in the past, he treated us with the utmost respect and was always friendly. We or myself have frequented the Bill Bryan dealership for service or questions about the newest vehicles. We always dealt with Charles on our visits. He was through the years very informative about new vehicles and sale options. We just traded in our 2009 Chrysler T/C and are happy with the brand new Chrysler T/C we are leasing now. Charles was very helpful in selecting the best vehicle for us and the best deal also. I would recommend visiting Charles Hunter if you are interested in any of the Chrysler Products, he knows everything about different options and can explain them clearly. A real GENTLEMAN. We have purchased three vans in the last seven years at Bill Bryans and Bill Victorelli was the sales man we worked with. We enjoy Bill's laid back, no pressure style and that is why we are repeat customers. Chrysler is the best van available and working with Bill has been a pleasure over the years. I would hope, that the dealership, appreciates good employees such as this and allows them to continue to work as long as they wish, or there will be a noticeable decline is sales from our age group. Age and experience is priceless, especially in sales and working with the public. Bill Bryans has a great facility, very good service department and a excellent sales staff, Bill and his partner do whatever is needed to close the deal and is fair to the customer and also the dealership, as we all know it is imperative to be profitable in a economy like we are experiencing now. We would rate the dealership a A- and Bill V a A+ as they make a good team and that is why we are driving a Chrysler and not a FORD or Cadillac SUV. We were clear that we were not purchasing and Charles spent considerable time with us, answered all our questions and even followed up to be sure all of our questions were answered. When the time came to buy we sought out Charles who was respectul of our time, answered our questions, got a deal done quicly and didn't waste our time attempting to upsell us. We have used Bill Bryan in the past for service and are please to find that thier sales expierence is on par with or excels their service delivery, both are stellar. More

Our experience with this dealership has been so smooth - from beginning to finish. The dealership is well designed for customer comfort - even to providing hot dogs, soft drinks, coffee, TV to make waiting from beginning to finish. Our salesmen, Jeremiah and Elliott went to great lengths to make sure that they got us the car we wanted at a price we were satisfied with. They were personable, easy to talk to and made us very comfortable. Jeremiah went out to the car with us before we left and explained all the features that the car had to offer and how to access them. He told us he was available any time to answer any questions we had, in case we didn't remember something! It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership. This is the second car we've purchased from them and they are reliable, efficient and there for you every step of the way. I would not go anywhere else to buy my cars! These guys rock! More
