Paul and Bill were outstanding on going that extra mile-I was in the shop to have repairs done on MY 2012 Town and Country, and was looking at the Jeeps (which I had and always loved)-I explained this to Pau was in the shop to have repairs done on MY 2012 Town and Country, and was looking at the Jeeps (which I had and always loved)-I explained this to Paul and was great to show me the new looks and what is offered in the car world....I liked a sporty car , which is fun to drive, easy on gas and would meet my needs when traveling long distance! Bill and Paul pulled together a great 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited which both my husband and I fell in love with! Showed us how we could afford this car with the trade in of my Town and Country...There was no pressure on their part and you could tell they love the job they do to make the customer happy. This little detail of communication, no pressure sales, honesty and going that extra mile..gave us a car that we love ! I highly recommend this dealership-since we have bought our cars from them for the last 7 years! The service department always makes sure we are happy with the work perform! Bill Victorelli and Paul Gutterman are great...they work as a team and I highly recommend you stop in to see them and I know you will have a great experience and wonderful service! Everything was great, very friendly, lower pressure then most dealers, good job in finamce and great job in finding the truck that most fit the bill. We came into Bill Bryans thinking we knew what we wanted but it soon appeared that we didn't. We first looked at used vehicles but just couldn't find what we wanted. Our salesperson was Robby Aoude. We worked him VERY hard, showing us all types of used cars. He has a personality that lets you know he is there for you. He never stopped working for us . We had him looking and showing us vehicles for three days....Then thru our talks we realized we might go for a new vehicle. By then Robby knew what direction we were headed and pulled it off the show room floor for us. After a few back and forths on the price we were very happy. Robby made us feel so satisfied with our deal. He is the BEST.. We ended up with a 2014 Jeep Patriot. He is commited to you and helping you find it. The sales staff was great and went out of thier way to make sure we got the Jeep we wanted. Friendly and very knowledgable. The service department manger treated us like crap and had an attitude with us. I would highly recommend the sales department but as for the service department we will take our Jeep to a different dealership for service. We filed a complaint and never got a response back.......
