Pixie and I had a very pleasant buying experience. Our Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we Van was just 2 1/2 years old ( also bought at this dealership) but we were asked to come and consider trading for a new van. We told Charles what we wanted because we liked the options on our current and we didn't want to loose those and increase our monthly payment for a new van. He was able to find us a model that had our current options plus a few more that were nice. So after some discussion we were able to come to an agreement on a new van while increasing our monthly payment only slightly. It was a long day because the dealership was busy but Charles and Mike made sure we were comfortable during the process and made sure everything was done by the time we left. Everything was great except for having to wait so long to finalize the paperwork. We waited a couple hours and finally left and had to come back the next day.
