We traded in our 2012 Ford Edge for the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Ford with the Mytouch sync system was so difficult and a major distraction. He is honest,helpful and just a nice person to work with. We decided to upgrade our van this yr. and Charles was able to find a very nice used but new Dodge Caravan 2012. Someone purchased it in January and then decided they wanted a different style so traded in which was good for us. We needed something that was very dependable and that I could carry my two great danes in for rides. We also needed something that was in our price range, dependable and one that I would like since I do all of the driving now due to my husband's poor health. Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge is always pleasant with the staff and the work is always done well and I don't mind the atmosphere while we wait. The have alot of good treats while we wait for our cars to be serviced.
