It was a pleasure purchasing a new Chrysler 300 from Bill Bryan Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, and the professionalism of Charles Hunter was top notch. We felt very comfortable with both he, and Art Dorado, who made me feel welcome the first time I went in just to take a look at the Chrysler 300, even though it was right at closing time. Those kind of things set the tone for anything coming after, and that's why we went back. Great people, and we love our car! More
After being driven away from another dealership (pun intended) for their sleazy practices and indifference to my requests, I searched for a highly-rated Jeep dealership. I went in to Bill Bryan on a Sunday and it was a slow afternoon. I met Cathy and Scott, and honestly didn't even know that Cathy was a salesman for quite a while. That's a good thing. What I mean is, she didn't say "let's make a deal" or "we'll put you in a beautiful car today" or any of the other nasty nonsense. Hey, she clearly didn't need to. I bought a Jeep from her even without the shtick. That's because she properly read my needs and intentions and handled the deal in the proper way. That's professionalism. It was really comfortable and relaxed and at no point whatsoever did I feel that she was anything less than honest with me. I think if there were any sales games being played, they were with the sales managers, but Cathy was an absolute joy to work with. I wish that other dealerships would realize that if they employed people like Cathy, buyers wouldn't be so defensive and they would probably sell more cars. Certainly they would see more repeat business. I would definitely return to Cathy Langbehn. As for the dealership itself, it's a fantastic place. It's clean, bright, and professional. The best part of it is, there are no "offices." The sales staff sit at desks along the windows without walls. This is a master stroke, as there is nothing that puts a buyer on the defensive more than being stuck in a sad little yellowing room with dim florescents. The sales managers sit at a central, elevated desk, so when a salesman says they are going to talk to the manager, you know that they aren't actually going on a coffee break in the back to make you sweat. As a side note, they also offer free hot dogs, popcorn, and beverages in a nice cafe on the sales floor, which means you'll come back here for service as well. More

After having some bad experiences with other dealers in the Orlando area, I made the 50 mile drive to Leesburg. The whole experience at Bill Bryan was the way I am familiar in buying a car. Negotiations were done in a friendly, professional way. Once we agreed on the price, the paperwork was prepared. The other dealers kept trying to raise the price even after I had agreed. At Bill Bryan, Victor and his colleague Rick came back to with a prepared contract, and we proceeded from there. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left took an hour and half. This is the way car buying should be. I prefer the straight forward approach rather than the games. I am sure that I will come back to Bill Bryan when I am in the market for another new car. I do want to say that the new Dodge Dart is quite a good surprise with its excellent handling, road stability, and the extra touches found in the Limited Edition that I purchased. More
