Kristen has been my service person contact for about the last year of bringing my car in at Bill Bryan. She is extremely polite, competent and professional and delivers what has to be done with a very fin last year of bringing my car in at Bill Bryan. The WORST Service department in the country!!! I only gave them one star because there was no ZERO!! My new Chrysler 300 was damaged due to their negligence of not installing the engine cover properly a gave them one star because there was no ZERO!! My new Chrysler 300 was damaged due to their negligence of not installing the engine cover properly after an oil change. It blew off within minutes after leaving their dealership at 70 miles an hour and ripped my bumper. They said they would fix it, then gave me the run around for months, now say they won't do anything because I gave them a bad review. Warning... AVOID this dealer at all cost. If you must buy a Chrysler there are much better dealers out there. More
