It didn't take long for my fears to go away. I had just relocated from PA to FL and didn't really know where to start. Well, I started -- and ended -- at the right place! Charles was most gracious and not a bit pushy or high pressured. He even sympathized with my situation and made me feel very comfortable -- quite the opposite of past experiences in looking for a car! The general manager and sales manager both came over during our discussion,cheerfully greeted me, and offered to help in any way. They also were not a bit pushy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. As it turned out, I bought the very first car that Charles showed me -- he must have known it was "it" for me! More

I visited this dealership on a Saturday afternoon to look at Chrysler Town and Countries. I was met by a very nice and very informative Salesman. I was shopping around for a new Jeep Wrangler and didn't go any further after dealing with Sales Consultant, Mike Shadlich. He was honest and up front and worked with me in making sure it was everything I wanted in a vehicle including the price!! and assured me if he didn’t have it, he would find it! He made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the vehicle before I left the dealership. I appreciate the time Mike took to give me a tour of the Service & Parts Departments, introducing me to the Technicians for my future visits, and showing me the concession area where I could help myself to a bag of freshly popped popcorn, a soda from the soda fountain, a hotdog, coffee (& was told donuts if you go in the morning). The area was neat, clean and had plenty of seating. They even have an area for the children to play! (Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep takes pride in their Customer Service) I was so impressed & moved at what they do for our Veterans & Military in honoring those who serve. If you are a Veteran or in the Military, you can appreciate the old jeep on display that is covered in signatures. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, a place where you are treated like family. We have just purchased our newest Chrysler T&C Van from Cathy this week. We had certain criteria that had to be met, which was a real challenge. Cathy went out of her way to keep looking for us, even though there was nothing available at the time of our first visit. She called us several times with suggestions and then came up with the "find"..that was suited to all our current needs. Cathy has been the most concerned & sincere Sales Representative that we have ever come across. We have had an association with Bill Bryan Dealership since we first relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania 11 years ago. Over the course of that time we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and while the previous sales representatives were all helpful..NONE...could compare to the "above and beyond" way Cathy handled our needs. She , along with Sales Manager, Rick Stines, went out of their way to "keep on trying" and ultimately found just what we needed.
