Aaron was more thajust helpful, he was instrumental in our buying Second try. We Had an exceptional experience working with Aaron mainly and Karen. Aaron was more thajust helpful, he was instrumental in our buying a new Chrysler 200 Limited. He worked tirelessly to satisfy our needs and was successful above and beyond. Finding the right car was challenge enough, but coordinating our lease at another dealer was crucial because we were babes in the woods regarding our first lease. Although we searched for a particular color, there were none available but the one we settled on was equal except for color. The pile of paperwork he went through and the phone calls he made were amazing. Karen provided not only moral support in terminating our lease ur provided helpful information. In short, everybody at the dealership was super helpful. I am a 23 year Navy veteran and the pro military atmosphere made me feel welcome. I can't say enough good things about Aaron and Karen. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to ant of my friends and neighbors. Thanks to everyone at Bill Bryan CDJ. More

I was shopping for a new RAM 1500 truck and saw one that I liked on Autotrader at this dealership (Bill Bryan). This dealer is about an hour and 40 minutes from my house but this is the truck I wanted so I I liked on Autotrader at this dealership (Bill Bryan). This dealer is about an hour and 40 minutes from my house but this is the truck I wanted so I knew it would be worth the drive. Here goes my long but in-depth review: The Bad: When I first got there, I was dealing with Elliot Raphael. I did not have a pleasant experience dealing with him. To keep it short and not go into too much detail, he seemed like he didn't want to work with me at all. I am young (23 year old male) and wanted to finance my first vehicle. I had over half the amount of the truck I wanted in cash as a down payment, a decent credit score of 660, and wanted to finance the rest with my monthly payments being under $300 a month... very reasonable considering my huge down payment of $16k in cash and a decent credit score. However, Elliot told me that is never going to happen for the truck I wanted and my payments will be $450 a month This didn't seem right at all with the truck costing $28k and with my down payment of $16k. He never tried to work with me and insisted on getting me to look at cheaper trucks that I had no interest in. The Good: After spending about 20 minutes with Elliot, he proceeded to tell me that he had an appointment and had to leave and AJ Salois will be helping me from now on. At this point, I was about ready to leave, but AJ was very nice and helpful and took me out to the lot to check out the trucks. He showed me one other truck but it wasn't the one that I wanted. I then saw the one I wanted that I had originally came to see. It was cold that day and I didn't have a jacket on, AJ said that I can wait inside where it is warm, he will grab the keys and pull it up front so I can take it for a test drive. Whereas Elliot didn't even bother showing me the truck much less let me test drive it. After test driving it, I knew this is the truck I wanted, a 2011 RAM 1500 Sport. I told AJ what I had for a down payment and what my budget was. I told him I just need my payments to be under $300 a month. He said he will see what he can do and TRY. That's all that I asked for, is for someone to try. After waiting for what seemed like hours and talking with AJ about some details, he comes back saying that he was able to get my payments down to $288 a month,with a decent interest rate and we were just waiting for the bank to approve the loan. I got approved, opted for the 5 year/100k mile extended warranty for only $17 more a month, and drove home happier than ever in my new RAM 1500! Conclusion: The day started out bad but ended great thanks to the helpfulness and friendliness of AJ Salois! I just have to say that AJ went above and beyond for me and did a phenomenal job. He was very helpful and worked with me. My first time financing a vehicle and I couldn't be more happy. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the service that was provided. I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and family and will send them to AJ. To AJ: if you get a chance to read this, I hope you remember me as I would just like to tell you thanks again for a great experience! Thanks Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge and AJ More
