Aaron worked hard at trying to find the right vehicle for us. We first looked at some new Rams but he was quickly able to narrow our search to a low mileage used crew cab Ram that met our needs and was a ver us. Richard Bailey was great. The only complaint I have is with Tom Carter who apparently is Richard's manager. We didn't appreciate the "tough sell" approach used by Tom, nor did we appreciate that he trie with Tom Carter who apparently is Richard's manager. We didn't appreciate the "tough sell" approach used by Tom, nor did we appreciate that he tried to separate us and talk individually to me. I guess he sensed I was the easier mark. After the deal was done, we might as well have been invisible to Tom, he actually avoided eye contact with us the remainder of the time we were at the dealership. Richard was very kind, very professional and we had no problem with him at all. Tom Carter is the only reason I would not recommend a friend of mine to this dealership. More

was the end of the month and got a great deal. Joe was very polite and the service Cafe was awesome. Excellent new vehicle buying experience. Bill Victorelli and Paul Gutterman were very friendly, helpful and professional. We were very hesitant going back to this dealership after a very bad buying experien and Paul Gutterman were very friendly, helpful and professional. Daniel was a great salesman and won us over. Easy to work with, well informed, and even got us to buy a car with extra options we didn't want. Since we had our old van serviced while we looked at new vans, h with, well informed, and even got us to buy a car with extra options we didn't want. Since we had our old van serviced while we looked at new vans, he even had the alignment that we had just paid for refunded. Most impressive was when we had driven away from the dealership he followed us to give us something that I had complained about being missing on the new van. Elliot was very friendly and knowledgable. He did a good job of showing me an optional car besides the one that I went there to look at. He has great people skills and treated us well. I thought the price o job of showing me an optional car besides the one that I went there to look at. He has great people skills and treated us well. I thought the price on the car was a good one- meaning a fair price, but I wouldn't go as so far as saying great. Overall Elliot made it a great expericence and I would recomend Bill Bryant to anyone I know looking for a vehicile. More
