My experience was OK. I did have to ask when the work on my car would be completed and Ashley said it was done but she did not tell me it was done . I had to track her dow I did have to ask when the work on my car would be completed and Ashley said it was done but she did not tell me it was done . I had to track her down to find out . Further more she advised me that some rather expensive work needed to be done . I had the oil changed about three weeks ago and the multi point inspection said nothing about those repairs needed to be done . I asked Ashley about that and she said maybe the person doing that inspection didn't do such a good job inspecting . That didn't encourage me that some folks at the dealership may not be doing what they need to do. . More
