We have just purchased our newest Chrysler T&C Van from Cathy this week. After looking for quite awhile and not finding anything to meet our needs, Cathy Langbehn approached us on the lot and off from Cathy this week. We had certain criteria that had to be met, which was a real challenge. Cathy went out of her way to keep looking for us, even though there was nothing available at the time of our first visit. She called us several times with suggestions and then came up with the "find"..that was suited to all our current needs. Cathy has been the most concerned & sincere Sales Representative that we have ever come across. We have had an association with Bill Bryan Dealership since we first relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania 11 years ago. Over the course of that time we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and while the previous sales representatives were all helpful..NONE...could compare to the "above and beyond" way Cathy handled our needs. She , along with Sales Manager, Rick Stines, went out of their way to "keep on trying" and ultimately found just what we needed. We are second time new car purchasers with Bill Bryan. I didn't give 5 on purchase but I did purchase the car as I thought it was a fair deal (just not a great deal - great would have been to give me more o didn't give 5 on purchase but I did purchase the car as I thought it was a fair deal (just not a great deal - great would have been to give me more on my Sebring and reduce the Journey down by another $500. However, to their credit they did ask what they could do to keep our business and my husband told them to drop $1000 and we would purchase. They did. So perhaps the weight of 'good' should be on husband for not asking to have dealership reduce even more. That said, 'good' if fair rating. I should tell you that we have already had several friends say they will be going to go to dealership to look at vehicles. Please do not hold the pricing against Joe. We will return in 2 years and purchase another new car. More

We came into the dealership expecting to get a good deal and we did. We had bought our last two cars from Charles Hunter and had a positive experience both other times as well. The only negative was the long wait to finalize the deal. All and all though our experience came out terrific. We came in at 1:30 pm and by 7pm we were driving out with our new car. I would have preferred to do my credit application online before I came in to the dealership. I beleive it would have saved alot of time. More
