I own 2 Gem cars and Jimmy is the best when it comes to repairing my cars and getting them back on the road. Richard does his job picking up the Gems and taking them to the shop, ordering the parts for Jim repairing my cars and getting them back on the road. I have been dealing with Richard and Jimmy for about three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a ver three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a very professional and timely fashion. I've also purchased additional options for my GEM and the installation has been done withoutr any problems. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle before moving within distance of Bill Bryan's dealership, and did NOT receive very good service from the previous dealer.
