Very poor treatment by staff - not at all the friendly dealer I had been with for 10+ years. Service took 15 days and never an offer for a loaner. Extremely disappointed and today, the day after picking dealer I had been with for 10+ years. Service took 15 days and never an offer for a loaner. Extremely disappointed and today, the day after picking up the car, the bright don't work and I obviously have to come back for it to be fixed! After $4700+ this has been the WORST experience ever! Horrible service manager. They kept in my car for three days/72 hours and didn’t even give me a heads heads up that they haven’t looked at it yet. After I made an appointment when I arrived was greater and confirmed what I needed done and sent to the waiting room when the car was serviced. After the service consultation the necessary work was comple and confirmed what I needed done and sent to the waiting room when the car was serviced. After the service consultation the necessary work was completed and my car was in the pickup area and had been cleaned inside and out. Noticed some changes in the waiting room as limited time for food and smaller serving sizes. But got the same great service on the vehicle. More
