I came to your dealership because my battery in my Chrysler, Pacifica was not holding a charge and had to charge it anytime I decided to use the car. When I pulled into Dealership, I told the person w Chrysler, Pacifica was not holding a charge and had to charge it anytime I decided to use the car. When I pulled into Dealership, I told the person who waited on me that the battery was not holding a charge that needed replacing to my dismay, I got a bill after replacing two batteries for $929.35. If you can imagine I was shocked. I have a friend of mine that I played golf with Dealership Chrysler Dealership in upper Minnesota I asked him if this is normal , he also was in shock. Since the dealership has been taken over by another organization, I can see from the waiting room lack of donuts TV is not on coffee is not always there. You were really trying to skinny down your expenses but you’re also overcharging your customers I will never own another Chrysler vehicle the rest of my life this is absolutely crazy. I will certainly let every person I know has a Chrysler product here in The Villages that I associate with what I just went through and hopefully they’ll be aware if they have to come to your facility .
